Nocturnes

Tasting notes: Deep colour, velvety red, still very youthful and firm berry fruits on the nose, heavily Cabernet in style with a cigar box spice coming through. Superb structure. Overall, a blissful and dreamy hour from photographer and filmmaker Paul Samuel White. Ripe enough to enjoy live on Monday lunchtime but still a long way off its best, which should be at night or at least dusk.
